The Servants Prayer.

O Lord, as thou haſt made mee a Servant, make mee co[gap] ſionable and faithful in my place, truſty and carefull [gap] my Maſters Goods and buſineſs, as I would be if it [gap] my own; make me ſubmiſſive and obedient to my govern[gap] [gap] keep mee from Self-will and Pride, from murmuring and [gap] iterant ſpeeches, from falſhood ſloathfulneſs & all deceit, that [gap] be not an Eye Servant pleaſing my Lust & fleſhly Appetite [gap] may chearfully and willingly do my duty, as believing that [gap] art the revenger of all unfaithfulneſs and may [gap] not only as unto man, but as unto the Lord, expecting from [gap] my chief reward. All this I beg on the account of the [gap] of my dear Saviour Jeſus Christ, concluding in the [gap] hath taught us, Our father which art in Heaven, &c.
