Question. How dost thou understand these words, He ascended into heaven?
Answer. That Christ, in the sight of his disciples, was taken up from the earth into heaven (Acts 1;9); and that he continues there for our interest (John 16;7); until he come again to judge the quick and dead (Acts 3;21).
